(Senior) Consultant (gn) Specialists in Industry and Production
Your tasks as (Senior) Consultant
- Support and advice: You are the central contact person for clients and candidates in the industrial and production sector.
- Sales: Building and maintaining a strong network through active sales activities.
- Recruiting process: Together with the recruitment team, you conduct job interviews and ensure optimal employee deployment .
- Deployment planning: Responsibility for personnel deployment planning and support of employees during their deployment.
- Quality assurance: You ensure a smooth hiring process and guarantee the satisfaction of all involved.
This is you
- A completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g. as a personnel services clerk) or a university degree
- Professional experience in sales or recruitment, ideally as a personnel planner or recruitment consultant.
- You feel at home in the skilled worker business and are familiar with the various industrial-technical training occupations.
- Excellent German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
- A structured, reliable and team-oriented way of working .
